An agent is someone who acts on behalf of someone else. For example, a nominated individual who acts on behalf of someone else as a power of attorney.
A claim made against someone, often without proof. Or a claim that someone has engaged in an unlawful act.
Assets are “things” that are owned by a person or an organisation which bear value.
A client is an individual or organisation that uses the services provided by another.
